He was born on March 15th 1979, which makes him a Pisces. Along with a lifelong passion for surfing and diving, he is now the captain of his own boat. From his home port in Rye, NH Keper runs a budding charter service. When he is not guiding, he is lobstering or tuna fishing Your craft is a 24 foot Privateer Renegade fully refit and adapted for a variety of uses with a Honda 130 fourstroke engine, which provides superior power and efficiency.
