The Fiesta Rancho Casino and Hotel is a party-style destination with a taste of old Mexico in North Las Vegas, just four miles from Downtown and six miles from both the Las Vegas Strip and Las Vegas Motor Speedway. The resort's newly renovated five-story hotel tower has 100 rooms and suites. Guests enjoy access to an outdoor swimming pool. If that isn't your sport, join the flocks of locals who enjoy the frozen pond inside the Fiesta Rancho's new expansion. The NHL-size ice arena, with pro shop and locker room, is another great way to chill out in the desert. Locals also love the climate of the Fiesta Rancho's casino, which has more than 1,600 slot machines, plus more than 14 table games, a sports book, and bingo and keno areas. The Fiesta hits high gear at night, when a variety of country and rock 'n' roll legends headline its 250 seat Club Tequila. On Friday nights, the venue often hosts rock tribute bands, and on Saturdays, there is "Saturday Night Fiesta" with live music. There is also karaoke Friday and Saturday nights at the Cabo Lounge. Of course, the Fiesta Rancho Casino and Hotel does Mexican, starting with Garduno's restaurant, where you can not only eat your favorite entrée but drink your favorite margarita - assuming that it's one of the 300 types they make! Gardunos of Mexico serves authentic Mexican food; the Baja Beach Café has outrageous hamburger deals (the double cheeseburger is only $2.99) 24 hours a day; and the Festival Buffet has it all, with six "live action" cooking stations and everything else you can imagine. For your after-dinner fix, stop by the new Gift Shop.
