In Maine you never run out of outdoors enjoyable things. There's such a great deal of things to do near Range Pond Campground; what a tremendous place for camping it is. Range Pond Campground is a relatively wet place typically with much precipitation; all through the month of November you get the most rain around here while September is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
This is a fine area for people who like lakes. Middle Range Pond is a lake nearby, and you absolutely must check out Range Ponds State Park while you're here. There's a heap of outdoors recreation available close at hand such as swimming, whitewater paddling, playing golf, and fishing, so getting bored is not something that is likely to happen.
If you come at the right time of year, Crooked River offers some good whitewater; you'll perhaps meet some people from Poland here. A campground like this is too great to miss. Playing golf is lots of fun at Summit Golf Course, and Range Pond Campground is near Bradbury Mountain State Park which is a delightful site. Be careful coming to Range Pond Campground, you might not ever wanna go home again.
A round of golf at nearby Fairlawn Golf Course & Country Club is a glorious way to kill some time; Lost Valley is a great local ski area. Camping out unquestionably is a fun thing to do; Range Pond Campground in Maine is the outdoors at its finest.
All the joyful people and the good quality of everything here will make you feel good. Golf can be played at Poland Spring Golf Course, and get soaked paddling on Chandler Brook.
This campground is so great. One of the overriding characteristics of the surroundings of Range Pond Campground is Ricker Hill, and float down the rapids of Nezinscot River in a kayak. Range Pond Campground is prized by the residents of Poland. A lot of folks stay at this campground to be in close proximity to Range Ponds State Park.
High temperatures at Range Pond Campground throughout the summertime are in the 70's with night lows in the 50's. Daytime highs through the wintertime are in the 20's, and overnight lows all through the winter for Range Pond Campground tend to be in the 0's. Such a good pick of attractions and such a good variety of outdoors recreation will absolutely have you coming back repeatedly.
