In its former incarnation as the Deauville Resort, this hotel hosted Hollywood high-rollers such as Frank Sinatra, Sammy Davis Jr., and the Beatles. Today it has been modernized and restored to the glory of its heyday, with all rooms newly decorated and supplied with mini-refrigerators, coffee makers, voice mail and dataports. A 700-foot private beach, a heated spa and Jacuzzi, state-of-the-art health and exercise club, and three all-weather tennis courts are among the recreational facilities, with special activity rograms for children.
