15,000-case, Cabernet Sauvignon only winery, established in 1972. The winery is situated on the site of an old Oakville dairy, with some of the former dairy buildings still in use as part of the winemaking facility. The winery also features a wine library, housing every Silver Oak Cellars vintage. Sales and tasting Mon.-Fri. 9am-4pm, Sat. 10am-4.30pm; tours by appointment, weekdays at 1.30pm. Tasting fee: $10.00.
