Newer, small family-owned and operated winery, specializing in Napa Valley Merlot and estate Cabernet Sauvignon. Also produced are Zinfandel, Cabernet Franc, Syrah, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The winery is located in the Dutch Henry Canyon—from which it derives its name—some 3 miles from Calistoga. The winery was established in 1992 by the Chafen family, present owners. Open for wine tasting and sales, 10am-5pm daily.
