The Cosentino winery was founded in 1981 by present owner-winemaker Mitch Cosentino, who produces varietal, vintage-dated Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Pinot Noir, Zinfandel, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc from his 20-acre vineyard located in Stanislaus County, as well as from grapes grown in the Napa Valley. Some proprietary wines are also offered, and a line of sparkling wines is bottled under the Cosentino Selections label. Cosentino’s second label is Cosentino Wine Company. Tasting and sales daily 10am-5.30pm; tasting fee, $5.00.
