This winery has its seat in an aristocratic villa from the 1800s – owned by four siblings, Annamaria, Fausto, Tiziano and Vicenzo Canel, who devotedly carry on the family tradition handed down to them by their father Adamo. Tastings and tours in the restored farmhouse can be arranged upon request and typically include salami, local cheeses and three types of Prosecco, for Euro 5. Dinners can also be arranged with advance notice. Adamo Canel is located along the wine route in Col S. Martino before you reach Valdobbiadene. After turning right off the main road continue down the long driveway and the villa will be in front with the farmhouse on the left.
