In an 18th-century building at the center of the historic town, this restaurant owned by the Rugolotto family is known for their wonderful preparation of classic Veneto dishes and creative twists on local specialties. Begin with a sample of locally made prosciutto, then try the tortelli di patate e funghi con sugo di coniglio (pasta with potatoes and mushrooms, topped with a rabbit sauce). The tortino alle nocciole con crema di castagne, one of their most delectable homemade desserts, is prepared with hazelnuts and chestnut cream. The owners occasionally organize dinners with a theme that highlight particular seasonal products, complemented by local wines.
