Nowhere is the diversity of products available more evident than at the Haizhu Wholesale Market, where you can find anything and everything. The market is northwest of the Haizhu Bridge and just south of Yide Lu Haizhu Guangchang subway. The Cantonese love of ultra-fresh food and medicinal herbs is also very much a part of shopping in Guangzhou’s markets as a trip to Qingping will demonstrate, while the Jade Market is equally bustling but less gruesome.
