Habibi is a fantastic little café and restaurant offering a genuine taste of Middle Eastern cuisine, including delicious mezze such as babaganoush, hummus and tabouleh, as well as healthy and hearty mains like koshari (mixed pasta and rice with lentils and chickpeas).
The café’s earthy desert tones and dome are complemented by its pictures of Egyptian movie stars, and you can enjoy an apple shisha (water pipe) after your meal if that’s your thing! Habibi restaurant next door is equally tasteful but in somewhat more refined style.
