If you really want to come to grips with Hong Kong, one of the best ways to do this is from the sky. From here, you’ll get the chance to view the numerous islands and peaks, the sheer scale of urbanization throughout the area and the heavy water traffic that passes through every day. The copters can seat five passengers and costs start at a whopping HK$4,900 for 15 minutes to rent the whole craft. Alternatively, you can combine a flight with a meal at the Peninsula (which has its own heli-pad) where prices start from HK$4,840 for a lunch package including flight and a three course meal at any of the hotel’s restaurants for two people.
