CA Center of Acupressure & Massage of the Blind where the staff’s heightened sense of touch really works wonders. Massages are by appointment only and prices start at HK$240. The center is at Room 402, Land wide Commercial Building, 118 Nathan Road in Kowloon (Central MTR, Exit D). If you want to more actively improve your health, there are plenty of adventurous options, which can give you some exercise along with some sightseeing. If you want to jog, there’s a fitness track in Kowloon Park and a running circuit around the top of the Peak.
