The Barbados Museum, located at the Garrison, is housed in the former British Military Prison. There is a children’s gallery, ‘Yesterday’s Children,’ which provides an informative and educational voyage back into Barbadian history. There are also special programs for children. Disabled access. Open 9 am-5 pm Mon-Sat, 2 pm-6 pm Sunday. Closed on public holidays.
